Initial Consultation – $275
- A conference up to 90 minutes (phone, Zoom, or *in person) includes review of the in-depth online questionnaire prior to consultation, refining your student’s list of schools, and general guidance on the application process including timing
Hourly Services – $195
- Information or comparison on different schools, programs
- A customized list of schools, including application fees & requirements
- Consultation throughout the decision-making process
- On-going support throughout the college application and acceptance process
3 Hour Package – $540
- Package discount for a 3 hour block (180 minutes via phone, Zoom or *in person, broken into blocks as needed) – Prepayment of package allows for the greatest flexibility in initial or follow-up services which can include review of school criteria and fit, understanding institutional priorities, extracurricular review, interview prep, essay/portfolio brainstorming and feedback, waitlist and decision next steps, etc, at a discounted rate of $180/hr.
10 Hour Package – $1650
- Package discount for a 10 hour block (600 minutes via phone, Zoom or *in person, broken into blocks as needed) – Prepayment of package allows for the greatest flexibility in initial or follow-up services which can span the time required to complete an application cycle for at least one school. Tasks can include building a “right fit” school list, understanding a school’s admissions priorities, extracurricular & activities review, essay or portfolio brainstorming & feedback, completing & submitting an application, etc, at a discounted rate of $165/hr.

- College budget and financial discussion to ensure student and family are informed and aligned on what to expect, financial constraints and plans to seek merit or financial aid.
- Research to identify summer program opportunities and how to expand on extra curricular impact
- Research, discussion and/or scheduling of school tours and student visit events to support creation and filtering of a school list for best fit. Spreadsheet to facilitate managing a school list available if desired.
- Common App support to help a student use the forms to best represent themselves
- Reviewing, advising on editing or revising application essays, as needed
- Resume writing, interview preparation or portfolio feedback
- Final review of application content as requested
- Tour/application status tracking grid & deadline reminders, updated regularly can be provided if requested
- Post-acceptance assistance, including weighing pros and cons of offers, how to approach schools for appeals
